is our current real time communication tool for everyone to use. Please locate the application, download it and search RCSCC St Lawrence (you will recognize our Ship's Crest) to register. Alternatively, Click here to register. An online version is available if you do not have a smartphone.
We have the typical social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram and Twitter - links available top right. These sites are intended to promote the Corps and Canadian Cadet Movement by posting pictures of St Lawrence cadets in action real time or after a sanctioned activity. Photos from cadets, parents and staff are always welcome. These sites are moderated before posts go live.

Navy League of Canada-Kingston Branch is proud to participate at the Community Spirit Gaming Centre . Revenues raised through the Community Spirit Gaming Association help us support NLCC Catarqui and RCSCC St Lawrence, our two cadets corps. The ongoing financial support allows us to provide essential items to each corps to allow it develop and training registered youth in our community. Key items such as facility rental, uniforms, training and sports equipment, musical instruments, and community service support items, for the cadets are ongoing core expenses. On the run up to Remembrance Day, some of the cadets and staff of TS Harrogate Sea Cadets have visited the war memorials of some Canadian Soldiers across the Harrogate District to pay our respects on behalf of RCSCC 33 St Lawrence before a second national lockdown. They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember them. -PO (SCC) Rayner

KINGSTON – Sisters Given, 18, and Siobhan Henderson, 15, may bring an extra advantage to 2019’s annual Royal Canadian Sea Cadet National Regatta. Sailing in their second regatta as a team, the sisters from the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps St. Lawrence are among the 50 top sea cadet sailors to compete in the regatta. “It’s fun, because we don’t always need to communicate,” Given Henderson said during a break on the water during Tuesday afternoon’s training session. “We kind of understand each other.” The national regatta marks the end of the summer training season for many of the approximately 8,000 cadets involved in the sailing program at 236 sea cadet corps across Canada. The cadet regatta is being run as part of the annual Canadian Olympic-training Regatta, Kingston (CORK) competitions based at the Portsmouth Olympic Harbour. Sailing on their home waters, though, may not be the advantage some may think it is. “People say, ‘Oh, this is where you are from so you know these waters. It must be easier for you.’ That’s not exactly how it works,” Given Henderson said. “You still have to compete against everyone,” Siobhan Henderson added. “You still have to try hard.” Last year the sisters placed 12th in the cadet regatta, and this year they said they are hoping to place about seventh.
