Our Meetings

The Branch meets the fourth(4) Thursday of every month at HMCS Cataraqui, in the WRENS Conference Room, 1900-2100hrs (7-9 p.m.)

The purpose of the meeting is to share a monthly snapshot of the status of operations of both NLCC Cataraqui and RCSCC St Lawrence and to provide a financial snapshot/forecast to support the Corps' approved budgets and out years.

• Guests are welcome.
  
• Small teams may meet between meetings in order to complete their assigned tasks.

The Branch holds an AGM as per the rules that govern not-for-profit organizations. The meeting notice is published- date is usually in January. The default location for the meeting is HMCS Cataraqui and is subject to change based on responses.  If you are interested in attending, please send your expression of interest to navyleaguekingston@gmail.com subject AGM.



The AGM is open to any interested parties, general public, parents, volunteers, Corps Officers.



Elections and annual appointments, based on vacancies, take place at the AGM.

The ACRs are year end celebrations of the efforts of the cadets in each of the Corps supported by the Branch. The Branch via specific supportive tasks, or directly with funding in budgets ensures that invitations are sent, trophies, medallions and Reviewing Officer gifts are prepared, programs are available and post parade hospitality is organized.   Planning and preparations start early in the year and are finalized closer to the actual parade dates. We rely heavily on the parents for their support at this time of the year.
